This form is designed for all candidates who want to get a job in an educational institution in the province of Eastern Cape in Africa. It is a record of teacher’s experience and professional skills that may help obtain a job.
When is EDP 01 Form Due?
This form does not have a due date. You may only stick to the date published in the job advertisement.
Is EDP 01 Form Accompanied by Other Documents?
There are several copies that you must attach to the completed EDP 01 Form. They are the following:

Your detailed CV with the chronological record of working experience;

Copy of the South African Identity document;

Several copies of Qualification Certificates;

Copy of the Evaluation Certificate issued by the Department of Higher Education;

Original membership certificate with SAME.
All copies must be certified.
What Information do I Include in EDP 01 Form?
The form includes several sections from A to D. In Section A you must indicate the number of the post, name of institution, post description, district and post level. Section B is devoted to the information about the applicant: name and surname, personal identification number, nationality, marital status, gender, race, mailing address, contact details. Section C is aimed at the competencies and qualifications and Section D is devoted to your professional skills.
